Katelyn Huddleston came to The Bella Media Agency looking for a creative partner she could trust to run her content and social media presence full-time — not just capture the occasional photo. As part of her retainer, we manage her full content creation and social strategy, building themed concepts around key moments in her life, like her birthday, to keep her feed feeling intentional, cohesive, and true to her.

For her birthday, we built out a full cowgirl-themed shoot and content rollout. Every element — moodboard, wardrobe, location, graphics, and captions — was designed to work together, so the theme carried through her entire feed rather than living in just a few photos.

We guided Katelyn through a full styled shoot, kept the energy fun and collaborative, and then extended that same concept into custom graphics and caption copy written in her voice. As her retainer partner, we handled every piece — from concept to shoot to posting strategy — so she didn't have to think about any of it.
